PICKUP!

Terms of use

Last updated October 2026

PICKUP is a small ordering tool run by students for the Saudi Arabian Students Association (SASA) at Penn State. It lets you order from student booths and home sellers and pick up when it’s ready. By using it you agree to these terms.

Payments go directly to sellers

PICKUP never handles money. You pay the seller directly with Zelle, using the QR code, email, or phone number shown on the payment screen. Always send the exact amount with your order code as the memo, and check the name your bank shows before you send. Zelle payments usually can’t be reversed, so PICKUP can’t refund you; if an order is cancelled after you paid, the seller is responsible for refunding you by Zelle.

Sellers are responsible for what they sell

Each store is run by an independent student or club. Sellers are responsible for their own products, food safety, allergen information, prices, and any permits or approvals Penn State or the event requires. The SASA board reviews stores before they go live but doesn’t inspect or guarantee any product.

Orders

Fair use

Don’t place fake orders, misuse other people’s information, or try to break the app. We can remove stores or accounts that do.

No warranty

PICKUP is provided as is, by volunteers, for campus events. It may be unavailable at times, especially on weak event Wi-Fi.
